The former England footballer and his wife of 18 years allowed cameras to capture the milestone event, which had previously been reported as a fancy dress party where Wayne dressed as Queen frontman Freddie Mercury. The docuseries now reveals the full extent of the weekend's festivities, including karaoke performances and celebrations that lasted into the early hours.

Why did the Rooneys decide to star in their own docuseries?

Speaking on The One Show on 23 September, the couple explained their decision to embark on the project. Coleen Rooney stated that the timing felt right for their family, noting that both had previous experience with documentary filming and that their children had reached an age where they felt comfortable sharing their lives on screen.

She acknowledged that the experience was not without its challenges, admitting:

It was challenging at times.

Wayne Rooney echoed this sentiment, revealing that certain private moments were difficult to capture on camera, particularly those involving family disagreements or personal conversations with their children.
