JET MAX combat drone with revolutionary eight-pod payload system unveiled at Joint Ventures, Joint Defence forum in Lviv

In a significant development for military technology, Ukrainian defense manufacturer JET Company has unveiled their latest innovation - the JET MAX bomber drone, featuring an unprecedented eight-pod payload system. The revelation took place during the Joint Ventures, Joint Defence forum in Lviv, marking a notable advancement in modern defense capabilities.

Advanced Combat Capabilities

The JET MAX represents a new frontier in unmanned aerial systems, designed to operate up to 15 kilometers behind enemy lines. With a payload capacity of 20 kg and speeds reaching 80 km/h unladen, this system demonstrates how technological innovation shapes modern warfare.

Technical Specifications

  • Flight duration: 25-40 minutes depending on payload
  • Maximum speed: 80 km/h (unladen)
  • Operational speed with payload: 60 km/h
  • Payload capacity: 20 kg
  • Configuration options: 2 heavy munitions or 8 smaller armaments

Indigenous Development and Security Features

The drone's intelligent systems, developed entirely within Ukraine, showcase the nation's growing technological sovereignty, similar to how domestic innovation drives industrial leadership. Advanced security features include a four-band frequency hopping system and dynamic frequency allocation to counter electronic warfare.

Operational Excellence

A two-person crew can deploy the system within 10 minutes, utilizing Ukrainian-developed radio stations equipped with directional and log-periodic antennas. The communication system operates on "floating" frequencies, ensuring robust defense against interference.

"We have achieved significant localization in manufacturing component parts - bodies, frames, and mounts. Our military system and communication station are proudly made in Ukraine," states Olena Kurta, Technical Director at JET Company.
